Reservation Agreement
IMPORTANT: Please review your reservation carefully for accuracy.
This Reservation Agreement summarizes the key terms of your booking. It is part of, and is governed by, our full Terms & Conditions. If anything here differs from the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions control.
Gratuity. Gratuity is not included in the quoted total cost of service. For your convenience, a 20% industry-standard gratuity will be added to your final bill unless you provide a tip directly to your driver. If you tip your driver directly, please tell us so you are not charged twice.
Trip reminders. You will receive a trip reminder email approximately 24 hours before your pickup time. You will also receive a courtesy reminder email and text message approximately two hours before pickup that includes your driver’s name and cell phone number. Reply STOP to any reminder text to opt out of texts. Message and data rates may apply.
Airport curbside pickup. For special pickup requests, please call 706-817-8212.
Booking confirmation. A credit or debit card payment is required to confirm your booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received and Lake Oconee Limo has accepted it.
Cancellation policy. Airport transportation requires 24 hours’ notice. All other services require 7 days’ notice. The Masters transportation requires 10 days’ notice. Approved cancellations are refunded less a 15% credit card transaction fee. Cancellations made without the required notice are not eligible for a refund unless Lake Oconee Limo agrees otherwise in writing.
Mechanical breakdown. Lake Oconee Limo is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during a charter. Our responsibility is limited to making up the lost service time on a mutually agreed date, to the extent permitted by law.
Vehicle damage. The client is financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or any member of their party during the rental period.
Sanitation fee. A $250.00 sanitation fee will be charged if the vehicle requires cleaning beyond ordinary cleaning.
Termination of service. The driver may end a trip without a refund if the client or any passenger engages in serious misconduct, including conduct that threatens safety, damages the vehicle, or is unlawful.
Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Road and weather delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions (such as unsalted roads or accidents) or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Articles left in the vehicle. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
Capacity. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity.
Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Lake Oconee Limo. These Terms & Conditions, together with your Reservation Agreement, govern all reservations and use of our transportation services. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to them. If the Reservation Agreement and these Terms & Conditions ever differ, these Terms & Conditions control.
Please review your reservation carefully before your scheduled pickup to make sure all information is accurate.
1. Reservations and Booking Confirmation
Reservations must include accurate information about the requested service, pickup location, destination, date, time, and any other details needed to coordinate transportation. Please review your reservation and tell us of any error as soon as possible.
A credit or debit card payment is required to confirm a reservation. A reservation is confirmed when payment is received and Lake Oconee Limo has accepted it.
2. Gratuity

3. Trip Reminders and Driver Information
You will receive a trip reminder email approximately 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. You will also receive a courtesy reminder email and text message approximately two hours before pickup. These reminders include your driver’s name and cell phone number to help you coordinate your transportation.
Please provide accurate contact information when booking and check your messages before pickup. You may opt out of reminder texts at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of texts does not cancel your reservation.
4. Airport Curbside Pickup
Airport pickup arrangements vary by airport, terminal, applicable airport rules, and the type of service booked. For special pickup requests or questions about curbside pickup, please call 706-817-8212 before your arrival.
5. Changes to Reservations
Please notify us as soon as possible if your pickup time, destination, passenger count, or other details change. Changes are subject to availability and our confirmation, and may affect the price, service arrangements, or cancellation terms. A change is not accepted until we confirm it.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations require the following notice, communicated to Lake Oconee Limo:
- Airport transportation: at least 24 hours’ notice
- All other services: at least 7 days’ notice
- The Masters transportation (service during the Masters Tournament period in Augusta, Georgia): at least 10 days’ notice
Approved cancellations are refunded less a 15% credit card transaction fee. Cancellations made without the required notice are not eligible for a refund unless Lake Oconee Limo agrees otherwise in writing.
7. Mechanical Breakdowns and Service Interruptions
Lake Oconee Limo is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during a charter. Our responsibility is limited to making up the lost service time on a mutually agreed date. This provision applies to the extent permitted by law and does not waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Vehicle Damage
The customer is financially responsible for any damage to the limousine or other vehicle caused by the customer or any member of their party during the rental period. Please treat the vehicle and its equipment with care.
9. Sanitation Fee
A sanitation fee of $250.00 will be charged if the vehicle requires cleaning or sanitation beyond ordinary cleaning because of the condition in which the customer or their party leaves it.
10. Passenger Conduct and Driver Authority
Passengers must behave responsibly and follow the driver’s reasonable safety instructions. The driver may end a trip without a refund if the customer or any passenger engages in serious misconduct, including conduct that threatens the safety of the driver, other passengers, the vehicle, or other road users, or that is unlawful. Termination is subject to applicable law.
11. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle provided by Lake Oconee Limo. Customers are responsible for their party’s compliance. A violation may result in the sanitation fee in Section 9 and charges for any damage under Section 8.
12. Road, Weather, and Other Delays
Lake Oconee Limo is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions (such as unsalted roads), accidents, hazardous weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Passenger and driver safety take priority. Please allow extra travel time when conditions may affect your trip.
13. Lost or Forgotten Items
Lake Oconee Limo is not responsible for articles left in its vehicles. Please check the vehicle before leaving. If you believe you left something behind, contact us promptly. We may try to help locate it, but we do not guarantee recovery.
14. Seating Capacity
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their permitted seating capacity. Please make sure the passenger count in your reservation is accurate. We may refuse transportation that would exceed capacity or violate applicable safety requirements.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lake Oconee Limo is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including hazardous road conditions, traffic accidents, and other unexpected transportation disruptions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any liability or customer right that cannot legally be limited.
16. Website Use
Our website describes our services and helps customers make inquiries and reservations. We work to keep it accurate, but service details, availability, and pricing may change, and every reservation is subject to our confirmation. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes or interfere with its operation or security.
17. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when needed. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. The terms in effect when you make your reservation apply to that reservation.
